Massive amount of redirects

when I go to these sites:
wowlinkz.com, bestsafelink.com


I'm unable to get the MEGA Link because it keeps redirecting me to other sites like:
xxxxxxxxxxx

and asking me to "click allow to prove you're a human

is there a way to fix this? I'm unable to get the mega downlink and unable to access any course

Update: even some of the banners are redirecting me to other sites. still unable to access links

wowlinkz.com is doing the same to me , when i click on get link it takes me to a phishing site and then my antivirus stops connection saying infected with url scam.
i had no problem with wowlinkz before it was working good, it just few days ago started giving issues.
