This is not worth your money.
The course is overpriced.

So basically, this guy introduced you to some Click networks that Earn money from advertisers and give money to people who click the Ads to view.
When you buy 1000 views for 0.5$ you get about 1 or 2 conversions from contentlocker.

But the things it, eventually all the people that click to view ads, they will know all the incentives are to scam them to, so they will not take action anymore.

This guy gave a free copy to get fake reviews from JrVip.
And he even can't make 200$ per day from this method, he can't scale because the time to find scam websites is not worth it.

So, he earns the most money by selling the method, not the method itself guys.
