Either one. If its price you're looking for, GoDaddy offers .com's for around $3 with a coupon. I've never had to use their support, so I can't vouch for that.

I have been using Namecheap for a long time now, I like use thier affiliate program to earn a little bit of money here and there and I have all 22 of my websites registered and hosted through them

Definitely Namecheap... The major buying point for me was cheap domain pricing, cheap Whois guard and the free must use "Two Factor Authentication" system for maximum security.

I've used Godaddy for all my domains before and it's been few years now I've transferred all my domains to Namecheap and I'm very happy with their quality service.

NAMECHEAP.com offers free privacy of your information, if thats of value to you. Godaddy chareges xtra for that service. Ultimately I think it is best to buy domains where you host for ease.

godaddy is good for their customer support. Even if you get billed for a domain renewal, if you don't want it, as long as it's less than 5-10 days i think, they will refund your money. Also , you can call them, reps are good. But they don't give the best renewal prices.
