Purchasing Instagram Followers

I have had awful experiences in the past trying to purchase instagram followers. I am trying to buy around 10,000 to get an account started.

Has anybody had any experience in this and found a legit source? I know the followers will be Indian accounts but ***Marked As Spam******Marked As Spam******Marked As Spam******Marked As Spam*** me do they like pressing that heart on photos so I suppose it will increase engagement along with it....
