Thanks for this, I'm hoping it's the latest version - 3.0 I have the 2.0 version and it's really buggy, hardly usable.

I tried this one. Posted to 1.800 Realtors. Two things: most websites that this robot uses (Century21 and Remax, etc.) have now captcha (which they didn't before the robot came out - the spam must have been incredible). Out of 1.800 posts I got 1 response. Most Realtors complained. Nice idea, but as with many things nicer in theory than in reality. Software has limited use due to the captcha thing.
