This is very old product from 2012 there are much better products out right now.

This method is just you going looking for blog post on .edu and gov site and leaving a comment.

Its easy for example

Go to google

type:

.edu "leave a comment"

Go to the bottom of the page and leave a comment.

There are also other think out like the OBL of the page maybe if it has some PR.

This method dont really work as well because most .edu and gov site Nofollow the links, They just dont approve your comment or they might even just completely remove the blog post.

There are a lot of other methods out there that will work much better.
