Downloaded and read already. There is one nugget of "new" wisdom here (using Createspace from Amazon to sell hardcover books and some tips) everything else:

1. Use an autoresponder
2. Sell on Clickbank (you can have thousands of willing sales people working for you, yaddah, yaddah, da....)
3. Write a Kindle book and sell it on Amazon (duh!)
4. Make YouTube videos and put Adsense on them (you know: YT is soooo great and has soooo much traffic).

Well, this is almost 2014 and they are still selling this as WSO's and special reports.
