Recommended offshore merchant accounts for Ecom?

I am a long time member of this forum. I think I can help such structures to find a potential solutions for both, Bank/EMI account and a merchant account globally. I represent a payment service provider ePrimepay, we specialise in working with high-risk merchants that usually have a payment agent company in Europe, and an off-shore entity BVI, Bahamas, Saint Vincent, Seychelles as the most popular ones. It's easier to open an EMI account rather than bank one, but with the merchant account it's possible even for startups, depends, what regions you want to target, what payment methods you would want to use on your checkout.
