Ha-ha,

I was using AJ Hoge's course 12 years ago when I was learning English. It didn't helped me much, but good luck to you, guys.

Let me tell how I started to speak English in 2010. I had good grammar and was listening to different podcasts in English, so I was understanding well, but was not able to speak.
I think AJ Hoge also recommends to listed a lot first before starting to speak.

So I bought an audio course which made me speak. Each day I was listening to a 45-50 minutes lesson for 8 or 9 months. The method was simple, you are listening the lesson for several days, after that for several days you are listening to it and repeat inside your head (I don't know how is that in English), after that for several days you are listening and repeat loudly.

In this way after 8 or 9 months I began to speak English.
P.S. The course I'm talking about had the translation from English to my native language, so it won't be helpful for you guys.
