here you get a fully SEOptimized Shopping Cart Script. It is a fork of XTCommerce (which is a fork of osCommerce) and has absolute advanced SEO features.
The script is made by a German and costs about 400€ in this edition. There is an english front and backend also, but sometimes here and there is phrase missing, so you want to edit the language files if this is the case for you.

It automatically renames uploaded images to the product name and give it the alt- tags, repeats first sentence of product description in the footer, has very clean and well-structured editable SEO URLs and so so so much more. Adwords / Analytics / Conversion tracking is super easy to setup, it provides an automatic RSS feed of your new products, a feed for Google merchant center.
