Hello everybody! I've been around for a while. I'm not so interested in making money online, but I am interested in generating leads for myself . If I can sell services to colleagues that is a bonus. Any recommendations for real estate / Mortgage lead generation programs? I know there is a shit load out there. Both lead driven businesses ! I have quite a few and probably all I need but your professional recommendations are welcome.

Did you ever settle on a program? I have been looking around myself. Thinking of trying to learn Facebook marketing for mortgage leads. I don't have all the technical know how to get everything set up.

There's a guy on facebook named Carl White who has a group called "Mortgage Marketing Animals." He has a very active page with a few thousand followers and he shares a boatload of different ways to generate business. He's been around for years and is a real mortgage originator. Look him up. Nothing to lose. Good luck.
