When you get views in larger than usual numbers google freezes videos at 301, all you need is real people to view your videos and then the freeze will be removed and it will update the number of views.

You can share your videos on social media sites, reddit, forums, etc. and after people watch your video google/youtube will see that different people are watching your video and it will get unfrozen normally within 24 hours.

Actually i do not know about freeze ..!!

What is it ?

Basically alot of foreign traffic or traffic they think is botted by using proxies, video exchanges, etc. get videos frozen at 301+ then they watch your video to see who is watching the video, basically they want to prevent you from making money by using blackhat tactics. So if your video is frozen just share it around and wait for more people to watch your video and it should be unfrozen.
