    This is nearly complete. So nearly complete I'd prefer to not bring this up but hopefully we can get this taken care of. There is a particular document not included in the download.

    Here's the situation: When you open Service Ladder.pdf, you're greeted with a first page that says "Creating Your Offer Ladder", so this document seems to be Offer Ladder.pdf (that filename isn't included in the download, but it is part of the course).

    In another training module, you have to reference Service Ladder.pdf, which is not in this download — unless Service Ladder.pdf & Offer Ladder.pdf are the same exact file when taking the course just with differing filenames (not likely).

    I noticed this particular because I'm structurally sorting out the download into folders organized in the way it's presented in the screencaps so I can follow along as intended, and this is (so far) the only missing file and I think it could be a vital missing piece to have the complete training.

    If anyone can provide the actual Service Ladder PDF, or let me know if it's in the download but maybe incorrectly named, please point me to it. Thanks!
