Mindvalley courses

Are mindvalley courses really good? I heard many negative reviews about them. Also they seem to me new age bullshit with no research evidence to support them. I have rarely heard it worked for anybody.

Hey there, i did do some of the courses namely the one vishen was offering back 2 years ago.
I did see some improvement in my life in terms of being more aware of things. But then I found Sadhguru and life has changed immensely. I have done any new mindvalley course.

I've done a few of them. It really depends on the topic, your belief system and what you're willing to do and try. What you call "new age bullshit" actually works, but if you're not ready for it (I don't think you are basing it on that statement), then you won't get any benefit from it because belief is huge.

Plus, they don't necessarily use science to back most things because science is super slow and behind. It was about 15 years ago that quantum physics discovered that human beings are literally made up of energy encompassed in two walls of nothingness. The same thing spiritual people have been saying for thousands of years.
