Free hosts Ad solution

I have started a Free Hosting service. So I wanted to ask that I want to place google ads on the pages of people. So is there any way that instead of giving them the whole google ad code to be placed on their site Is their a way I can give them a small code which will place the ads on the site? Looking forward to your suggestions.

I think it will be better if you place the ads yourself. so you can increase revenue by placing ads on proper slots.
