[Help] forgot my password

i try to using other computer/phone to login to this website by using my vip account. but the password failed..
so before 5 times and being locked i decided to press on forgot password.
but the email didn't sent to my email address. i check on junk email already.
now i cannot delete this computer cache since i cannot remember this website password please help.
