First, what are these graphic mockups? They are completely created by myself using a lightbox, digital camera and Photoshop (BTW, you need Photoshop CS4 and higher to use these mockup templates). I start by taking photos of generic product packaging and then convert those digital photos into Photoshop Actions which can recreate the product when the script is played back.

The bonus is that the script adds your product design to the final result, so if you are trying to sell an eBook then you can render a high-resolution eBook in seconds.
