VPS recommendation

Hi guys, I need some recommendations for good local VPS. My current one TOTALLY went to hell on me, and I think it's no longer an option to stay with them. Need to find one for my company's site. Here're the requirements:

- VERY STABLE
- Very quick support response
- PHP configured to read Ioncube loaders
- Unlimited (or at least reasonably high) bandwidth
- The usual uptime guarantee and refund policy
- WHM/CP
- Very good local and overseas (US/Europe) bandwidth

Since you would like to use a vps, why you need WHM/CP? Control Panel is totally redundant.
I suggest Linode VPS for you.
