I downloaded a soft in https://en.usenet.nl/ , and I must be registered my email , PayPal and set up usenetNl set up 1.3.ex, I'm so worried about that my computer will infect virus . Now what should I do , I need some advice as soon as possible

I think only link with paypal it is safe because you can unsubscribe via paypal but don't give your credit card information.
