I am not sure what you are referring to, because I have the zip file open right now and there is no EXE file in it.
I am not sure what you downloaded, but it wasn't my shared file...

Where do you found exe file in zip folder? I have downloaded and check it is fine & I am sure you downloaded wrong file.

could be auto downloaded by one of the pop up. Mine works fine except cant load the templates

downloaded zip file from two seperate sources (send my way and RGhost), don't know what the story is but .exe file was found inside instabuilder_v211.zip? Just giving honest feedback...

Whenever the DOWNLOAD button is clicked on the sites that have the files, the 5 second countdown restarts and the download does not begin.

Any suggestions or any other sites to download the files?

This happens on all multi mirror upload links.

After clicking the download button you will be redirect actual file hosting site download it from there.

A little more details:

This is what happens when the multi mirror upload link is clicked on EDE:

1 - click multi mirror upload link
2 - opens new window on multi mirror upload website showing download links to 4 other sites
3 - when any of those links are clicked, a new window opens with a single button labelled DOWNLOAD
4 - click DOWNLOAD button, a 5 second count down begins
5 - when 5 second countdown ends, the DOWNLOAD button reappears; nothing else happens
6 - click it again, counts down to zero then reappears

This happens with all the links.

Any suggestions?

It should be atomically to redirect once the 5 sec end. do you tried with different browser?

Maybe clean your browser cache and try again or try another browser, as BlackHatX suggested...
