Does this work without any license? The sales page says each license is valid for 2 years. So, is it within the exe file or need license to purchase?

Thank you for your attempt to share this, as others have in other forums,
however I have to ask how this is beneficial to our members if it is is not nulled,
from the retail item when purchased... ?
