get more traffic to my site(s)?

hi guys ive been away for a while sorry about that, been meeting a girl a lot and community service probations and other commitments, i will still be active although sometimes i will be away for unknown periods

ok anyway ive been running most these sites for over a year or more some are more recent the most recent is two or 3 months old.

i need more traffic or a good way to get more web traffic to earn some money from ads or something?
