I just discovered a pretty neat software tool called Expired Domain Ninja that allows you to
quickly and easily find expired domains with existing Google PageRank and quality backlinks.

I build quite a lot of micro niche and sniper sites and in the past it
was as simple as buying a new domain name, building some backlinks from
different sources and you were pretty sure to be in Google’s top 5-10
within 2-3 weeks.

Unfortunately those glorious days are long gone. Now, it takes months to achieve the same results
