What is the best keyword research tool to help me build/rank sniper sites to flip?

Hello everyone...

I'm looking for some advice from experienced SEO people in the group.

Which is the preferred keyword tool that is user friendly and reliable. The keyword planner is the best I know but it's long and tedious work.

Here's my problem - the place where I usually get stuck is keyword research. If I can only get that done quickly and accurately, I know I can follow through on the rest.

Mark Ling has good quality trainings. I have Traffic Travis PRO but it seemed more complicated to use than other software. Never really gave it a chance tho.
