How to open US Bank Account for Non US Residents??

Greeting,

As the title said, I need a way to open an US bank account and I'm not US resident and I need this for withdraw money from my paypal account

and the only solution that paypal accept in my country is a withdraw the money into my US bank account

Is there a way that it might help me please?

How Payoneer will work for opening US Bank Account.

Payoneer is a debit card. Put money into it and spend from the card. No other way. ALL banks MUST know their customer so you will not get any bank to open an account for you without going there yourself.

An option is to open an account in India with a bank that is from USA (Chase?) or HSBC. Once they know you, they would open an account for you overseas. Pretty pointless if you are trying to evade tax though.

Payoneer is a debit card but connected to a US bank account. So if you get a Payoneer Mastercard, you automatically have a US account. The account is with Bank of America.

I'll stand corrected on that. Mine was non-US and not connected to any account. They did require a lot of proof that would be hard to fake and it took 3 months to get because of their verification and paperwork.
