Can Indian Payza Users send payment?

Can Indian Payza Users send payment to other Indian Payza users or Payza users from any other country? Does Payza also have restriction and limitation like paypal? Please suggest. Please tell if you know.

The Indian pay users can send payment to other Indian payza users but to pay the Indian users who are staying in another country, you have followed the terms and condition of payza and the payment processing of that particular country.

I never face any problem in sending payment via Payza to any other Indian user and also Payza don't have a any office in India so they don't need to do the same thing as PayPal.
