They are probably lying or they are flooding links to their site and will probably get penalties soon for doing that and their site could be banned from Google listings for blackhat techniques, I do not recommend trying this sort of stuff because it can have negative results and then the time and money you have put into it will be wasted.

understand but the issue is that most of his sites stands more then 4 months with that trick and he have some domain and making new inner pages in them and do that trick again and agian and get top with every inner page

Then all I can suggest is ignore the advise you have been given and go for it!

But the issue is that when i try that method i was not get success its mean there is something missing i mean to say a trick in that so i am here to talk about that maybe some one know about that

They are probably doing mass blog commenting, they are possibly using a program that can automatically post spin articles onto pages they set-up and private blog networks they have set-up.
