    Exercising kills all your doubts that we have about ourselves and boosts our confidence. You just need to start doing it and I'm sure it will take effect from the first day. People should also not forget about the diet. Only by itself, it is not enough but it has a big impact. I also believe that medication can improve our mood in the long term. Etizolam was the best and also the strongest medicine that I used. I don't know what consequences it had on my body (if it did) but at least my brain is able to function normally.
