No, it doesn't work for me either. I tried putting any number as Lic Number but it doesn't work.

Anyways, I went ahead and tried to create an optin form, but I get a 403 error in the sample window... I assume that the reason for this is the missing key.

Unless I'm doing something wrong!!! =|

make it zip first...then upload it through wordpress admin panel.

I had the same problem you're having, it couldn't be uploaded. The way I fixed it was this:
First unpack the original .zip, then, as it goes 2 folder deep to get to the content, I eliminated the outside folder and then compressed it again to a .zip folder, and then it can be uploaded.

However, I couldn't get it to work. In the sample window I get a 403 box.

Well, haven't tested it live but i can upload it. Serial key isn't working though. Needed it for a pop up contact form but i need the Canvas-add on so without full acces not really usefull for me.

I don't think so... Anyways, I was looking for a Free/low-cost alternative and I found "hybrid-connect . com" for $67 we get all the forms... I think I will star wit it since I'm getting a lot of traffic right now and it's been wasted!

Let me know if you know of a better alternative.
