free hosting is only for web 2.0 sites, never put anything important on there

Get one where you can upgrade to an inexpensive paid hosting, if you start using more resources. You want specifics (I mean your asking for a hosting company). People trash byethost a lot, but I like them better than hostgator.

Start with free, move to paid if you want. I think they transfer your files and databases too if you ask.

I also know of more, if you are not happy with the suggestion.
