Kevin Wilke Presents
Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Half-Day Live Virtual Implementation Workshop
Based on the Book “Get a Grip” by Gino Wickman and Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Program
My best Explanation for this Content is it is a mix between Michael Gerber & Dan Sullivan…It is Superb!
Here is what Kevin Wilke says About this:
The best business book I’ve read the past few years is called “Get A Grip” by
Geno Wickman because it introduced me to his Entrepreneurial Operating
System (EOS).
The EOS model is the simplest to understand and easiest to implement way to
run an Entrepreneurial driven company like all of us have.
And it is the exact game plan I am using to run my own local marketing agency.
I’m sure most of us have read many of the great books out there from E-Myth
to Good to Great – all full of great strategies and tactics we should be doing.
However, understanding and implementing all of them into a cohesive,
simple, easy way to run and grow your business is overwhelming if not near
impossible.
That is the beauty of the Entrepreneurial Operating System, Gino has learned
from and been personally mentored by the greatest thinkers in business
including Michael Gerber of E-Myth, Jim Collins of Good to Great, Dan Sullivan
of Strategic Coach, Verne Harnish of The Rockefeller Habits and Patrick
Lencioni of 5 Dysfunctions of a Team (all excellent books).
Gino took all of the best practices of the “Greats” and synergistically combined
them into the EOS model to run your business.
I can’t stress enough, if you are actively growing your business then the EOS
method will be hugely helpful for you.
Would You Like Help Implementing This?
One of the top facilitators for the “Entrepreneurial Operating System” method is
located in Dallas, TX. And earlier this year we had Mark do a half-day training
workshop for our Vistage CEO mastermind group.
