Well I used this for alexa and I must say it works...

You will only need a bunch of fresh proxys to get it started.
You can also put a ref url into so it could count from where it came.

I just used google and I must say it worked on my awstats it showed on google and they were counted as unique visitors .

Use accessdiver for proxys .

Also added much proxy sites so you could leech ips from them
